As a holistic health coach, my passion is working one-on-one with my clients to help them lead their healthiest, happiest lives!
During the journey of helping my clients reach their goals, I factor in two main concepts: bio-individuality and primary foods.
I firmly believe in bio-individuality–the concept that each of us has unique nutritional needs, and therefore no one diet is right for everyone. During my time at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied over 100 dietary theories and use this knowledge base when identifying the best avenues for my clients.
Another important aspect of leading a balanced life is the concept of primary foods. Nourishing yourself goes way beyond what is on your plate, and primary foods are just that. They encompass your relationships, career goals, exercise habits, and spiritual practices.
Together, we will determine the optimal diet and lifestyle habits for you, ultimately cultivating a balanced, fulfilling life that makes you jump out of the bed each and every morning!
